Bel Marin Keys volunteer block captains are an integral component of the City’s disaster rescue and recovery plans. Our goal is to have a minimum of two block captains per street, more for longer streets. Block captains are required to attend training once per year, keep their two-way radios charged, and follow the block captain protocols if disaster strikes.
